I would like to recommend Rita Latham to use as your Realtor. I have known Rita for several years, and she has served as my Realtor in the Desert area numerous times. Originally, selling my house in Indian Ridge, then with the purchase and later sale of a condo in Desert Island, and most recently she purchased a new home for me in Indian Wells. When I say “she purchased a home for me” she was instrumental in overseeing the purchase of a beautiful home, without me seeing the home in person! Based on pictures and Rita’s recommendations, I bought a delightful home in Indian Wells that was fully furnished. It takes a lot of confidence in your Realtor’s ability to totally understand your wants and needs to enable you to make that decision and not see the property until the day of closing. In addition, Rita had the house completely ready for me when I arrived that day! This entailed a lot of extra work on her part.
